Equipment introduction:

If you want to brew a good beer, a good brewhouse system is the key. Our brewhouse system is based on absorbing European advanced experience in beer machinery technology, and can meet various brewing processes, different flavors or different capacities of beer.

10BBL | 20BBL | 30BBL | 40BBL | 50BBL The size of the brewhouse system is the standard production size, and if the customer needs a larger size, it can be customized according to customer needs. According to the different heating methods, the brewhouse system can be divided into three types: steam heated, gas burned, and electric heated. It can also be combined with multiple heating methods according to the situation. A set of brewhouse system is composed of mash tun,lauter tun,  whirlpool tank, kettle etc. The four tanks can be combined at will to meet the requirements of different brewing systems.

 All tanks are made of certified stainless steel, with 100% TIG welded joints, and internal welds are sanitary polished. All tanks are connected by three clamps, the design pressure starts at 14.7 PSI, and the test pressure is 30 PSI. We can customize cans for different needs according to customers' space and production needs.

Each tank can be customized nameplate, valves and accessories of different standards.

Other heating methods reference

Electric heating:

1. Insert an electric heating tube into the jacket, use the electric heating tube to heat the medium in the jacket and then heat the substance in the tank

2. Insert the electric heating tube directly into the inner tank, and heat the material directly when working

Gas heating:

Install a gas burner at the bottom of the tank to be heated, and use gas for heating
